Shipping and returns



We cannot fulfill orders from Alabama, Arkansas, Indiana, Rhode Island, Vermont, Washington DC, Wisconsin, the cities of San Diego and Oceanside in California, the city of Jerseyville in Illinois, the city of Ontario in Oregon, Sarasota County in Florida, or Union County in Mississippi.

All orders Monday-Friday (except holidays) will be processed within 1-2 business days. Orders placed on weekends (Saturday-Sunday) or holidays will begin to be processed the following business day and still require 1-2 business days for processing.

All orders will be charged $13.00 for shipping at the time of checkout.

All packages are insured with the USPS if lost or damaged. Please contact the USPS in regard to your package once you have received a confirmation email with tracking.

Return, and refund policy

All sales are final. An exchange or store credit may be available in certain circumstances. Customers are required to contact us within at least seven (7) days of receipt of the product in order to qualify for an exchange or store credit. BuyKratomPowders.com (Miracle Kratom) does not assume the responsibility of return shipping costs on any merchandise defective or otherwise. All orders are thoroughly inspected and adequately packed before shipment. BuyKratomPowders.com (Miracle Kratom) does assume responsibility for the quality of our product upon arrival to the customer.

In order to qualify for an exchange or store credit, BuyKratomPowders.com (Miracle Kratom) requires the return of the original product. An exchange or store credit can be issued for the product returned. We require that the product be returned in unopened and untampered with the condition for an exchange to be issued. Also, we do reserve the right to deny an exchange upon inspection of any returned merchandise. BuyKratomPowders.com (Miracle Kratom) will not reship a returned item for any reason.
